The Arcam PA720 is a high-performance 7-channel power amplifier designed to bring immersive, dynamic sound to high-end home theatre systems. Part of Arcam’s HDA series, it combines advanced Class G amplification with premium components to deliver exceptional clarity, control, and musical accuracy across all channels.
Each of the seven channels delivers up to 100 watts into 8 ohms (and up to 140 watts into 4 ohms), providing ample power for demanding multi-channel speaker systems. The Class G topology operates in pure Class A for the first portion of output before seamlessly switching to higher efficiency rails, ensuring both low distortion and high efficiency.
Built with audiophile-grade components, the PA720 features a toroidal transformer-based power supply, acoustically damped chassis, and parallel transistor output stages. These design elements reduce noise and distortion while preserving fine detail and dynamic range, resulting in a natural and highly engaging listening experience.
