Focal Pro Trio6 – 3-Way Professional Active Studio Monitor
The Focal Pro Trio6 is a high-performance 3-way active studio monitor from Focal's ST6 range, designed for professional recording, mixing, mastering and critical monitoring applications. It combines an 8-inch W-cone subwoofer, a 5-inch W-cone midrange driver and a 1-inch pure Beryllium inverted-dome tweeter with dedicated Class-G and Class-AB amplification. Its Dual Focus Mode allows the Trio6 to operate as three different monitoring configurations, while extensive analogue room-adjustment controls, variable high-pass filtering and a reinforced cabinet provide flexible integration into professional studio environments.

System Integration
The Focal Pro Trio6 is a fully active studio monitor with dedicated amplification for its bass, midrange and high-frequency drivers, so no external power amplifier is required. A professional audio interface, mixer, monitor controller, preamplifier or DAC with a suitable balanced analogue output can connect directly to the Trio6 through its XLR input. The selectable high-pass filter provides Full Range, 45Hz, 60Hz and 90Hz options for system and subwoofer integration, while LF, 160Hz LMF and HF adjustments allow the monitor to be adapted to room acoustics and placement. Dual Focus Mode provides additional mix-checking flexibility by allowing the same monitor to operate in full 3-way mode, reduced-bandwidth 2-way mode using the midrange and tweeter, or 1-way mode using only the midrange driver. For conventional stereo monitoring, two Trio6 monitors are required.
