| What do I get in my subscription package? When do I get my package? |
| You will get 1 new record delivered to your home. You can expect your record to arrive on the 10th of every month. |
| If the record received is damaged, do I get a refund or swap it? |
| If you receive a damaged record, you will either be: A. Refunded in 7 working days. or B. 1 month will be added to your subscription plan for no extra cost. The choice will be yours! |
| What if I don’t like the received record? |
| You can return the record provided it's not opened. In exchange, 1 month will be added to your subscription plan. |
| What if I want to gift the service to a loved one? |
| You can share their contact and we will get in touch with them to get them aboard. |
| Do I get old or used records? |
| All records will be new. Old/used records are not a part of this program. |
| What if someone signs-up post-delivery date? |
| They will be added to the next month's cycle. |
| What is the payment method? |
| The payment mode will be online. We accept online bank transfers and UPI payments. |
