The Pioneer PLX-1000-K is a professional high-torque direct-drive turntable designed for DJ booths, vinyl playback and turntablism. It combines a familiar professional DJ layout with a quartz-locked direct-drive motor, heavy-mass construction, multi-range tempo control and a universal S-shaped tonearm. The turntable reaches 33⅓ rpm in just 0.3 seconds with a starting torque of 4.5 kg/cm or more, providing fast start-up and precise platter control. Its detachable power, audio and ground cables and professional-grade gold-plated RCA connectors provide flexible installation and reliable connectivity.

System Connectivity
The PLX-1000 is a phono-output turntable and does not include a built-in phono preamplifier. It should therefore be connected to a compatible DJ mixer, integrated amplifier or AV component with a dedicated PHONO input, or to an external phono preamplifier before connection to a line-level input. The supplied ground connection should be used where required to minimise hum. The professional gold-plated RCA output and detachable cables provide flexible installation in both DJ and Hi-Fi systems.

System Integration
The Pioneer PLX-1000-K is designed to operate as a professional analogue turntable within a DJ or Hi-Fi system. Connect its RCA output and ground wire to a compatible DJ mixer or amplifier with a phono input. If the connected amplifier or powered speaker system provides only line-level inputs, an external phono preamplifier is required. The PLX-1000 does not provide USB output, Bluetooth or a built-in phono preamplifier. Its main focus is high-torque analogue vinyl playback, DJ mixing and turntablism, supported by its professional direct-drive mechanism, multi-range pitch control and robust vibration-resistant construction.
