Record Condition: Good (G) – A record in Good condition can be played through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear. A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear, or other defects will be present.

Cover Condition: Poor (P) - The cover is heavily damaged and barely intact. It may have major seam splits, large tears, or sections entirely missing. The artwork is severely compromised, with heavy water damage, substantial discoloration, or extensive writing and marks. Ring wear and peeling are extreme, and corners may be crushed or entirely worn down. Tape repairs, if present, are poorly done, and the cover may have suffered from exposure to mold or other significant environmental damage. This grade indicates a cover that has little to no visual or structural integrity remaining and is primarily of interest for archival purposes or as a placeholde
