Carbon Fibre Construction

The Naia Reference uses advanced carbon fibre construction to create a rigid yet lightweight platform for the tonearm and main bearing. The lightweight design helps minimise unwanted stored energy while maintaining the structural rigidity required for precise vinyl playback.

RB Titanium Tonearm

The RB Titanium tonearm is Rega's reference-level tonearm, engineered to provide exceptional rigidity and precise cartridge control. Its titanium construction complements the lightweight Naia platform and provides a highly stable interface between the cartridge and turntable.

Reference Power Supply

The supplied Reference power supply provides precision electronic control of the turntable's motor. It is designed to deliver stable platter rotation while allowing electronic selection of the available playback speeds.

Reference Platter

The Naia Reference incorporates a precision ceramic oxide platter designed for high rigidity, accurate rotation and stable record support. Its construction complements the low-mass architecture of the turntable.

Drive System

The turntable uses a precision belt-drive system with a Reference EBLT drive belt. The belt transfers motor rotation to the platter while helping isolate the platter from motor vibration.

Cartridge Configuration

This version of the Naia Reference is supplied without a cartridge. This allows the cartridge to be selected separately based on the desired sonic characteristics and phono-stage compatibility.

Phono Pre-Amplifier Required

The Naia Reference does not include a built-in phono stage. Since this configuration is supplied without a cartridge, the required phono pre-amplifier should be selected after choosing the cartridge. The phono stage must match the cartridge's output type and electrical requirements.
