We always had records in our house but after the advent of CDs they somehow slipped into the background and disappeared along with the family turntable. I found a trunk with quite a few old records about 5 years ago. I got them cleaned from The Revolver Club, bought a new turntable and have been hooked on ever since..

Tell us about your turntable setup.
I have a Pro-Ject Debut III Esprit with a Nagaoka MP110 cartridge, connected to an Audiolab 6000 amp.
Any advice to people that are about to start their collection?
Start with the music that you really like, even if you already have it on CD or downloads. That's how you will really appreciate the sound of vinyl. After that there is no going back!
