I've always loved the entire soundtrack of "Anand" by Salil Chowdhury and stumbled upon vinyl collecting on Instagram. Researched for a month, bought my first Rega Turntable, and got to work. Collected my favourite old Bollywood classic albums, which I listen to with my mother, and now am on a journey to get my favourite records from english artists.

First collect records that genuinely make you giddy everytime they play, no matter what the genre language or popularity. It's an expensive enough hobby, do it for yourself and not for being performative. It's much more satisfying that way.
