1. How long it has been since you are a record collector.
A. It is the size of the vinyl albums which attracted me. Then I realised about the sound quality and the overall experience because of which I decided to buy all my favourite albums on vinyl. So I started buying them from 2010.
2. How Large is your vinyl collection.
A. I have around 110 albums on vinyl. Many albums are spread across 2 vinyls and few on 3. I also have a few box sets in which the album is spread across 3 to 4 vinyls with a lot of artwork. I own albums of Metallica, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Pantera, R.D.Burman, S.D.Burman, etc.
3. Which is the most valuable record in your collection.
A. I have quite a few valuable records. Pointing out one of them would be unfair. Hence here is a small list:
1. Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon - UK Pressing from 1977.
2. Megadeth - Peace Sells...But Who's Buying - 25th Anniversary - Contains 3 Vinyls, 5 CDs and a lot of memorabilia artwork.
3. Metallica - Bogota March 16 2014 - This 4 LP live album is the most expensive one I have and it is one of 500 pressings. I have made a video of it's unboxing with my brother:

4. Metallica - Load - 45 RPM Series - The 14 Songs from this album are spread across 4 vinyls at 45 rpm.
4. Tell us about your turntable setup
A. For quite a few years I enjoyed my vinyls on the turntable Denon DP-29f and Altec Lansing desktop speakers. It wasn't an audiophile setup, but I enjoyed the sound. However I wasn't happy with it either. This is the reason I didn't open many of new vinyls. So I decided to upgrade and I took Jude's help. So here's the system I possess:
Turntable: Rega Planar 1 Plus
CD Player: Marantz CD5005
Amplifier: Marantz PM5005
Speakers: Polk Audio S20
5. Any advice to people that are about to start their collection?
I have quite a few advice.
If you find an album you love on vinyl, just buy it (unless it's ridiculously expensive). You never know wether it will be available again or not. I have few vinyls which are not available anymore.
Invest in a good set up, just don't put your expensive vinyls on cheap turntables because they will harm your records.
Don't waste your time arguing with someone who thinks that since mastering of modern vinyls happens digitally so there's no point in collecting modern vinyls. These people don't understand the experience of listening to vinyls. Instead, try telling your friends about music on vinyls and the experience of using turntable.
And the most important advice: Enjoy music!
