The sound is just something else. Had it not been for my dad who introduced me to records and their intricate differences in sound, I would have been listening to world music in their mp3 formats and the mere thought of that makes me uncomfortable now. It's been 8 years since we started collecting. Beginning with a humble 5 used RD records that dad bought from a dingy chor bazaar shop, to seeing vinyl actually catch up in India again and now visiting record store gigs at The Revolver Club and buying mint vinyls. Exhilarating to say the least.
