The Revolver Film Club is a space for serious cinema and serious viewers. We are committed to showcasing films that hold cultural, historical, or artistic weight; works that invite reflection, demand attention, and reward rewatching. Our selections span decades and genres, from landmark classics and overlooked masterworks to contemporary films shaping the future of cinema.
Each screening is an invitation to slow down and engage. We believe in the importance of the collective viewing experience: the hush of a dark room, the rhythm of film unspooling, and the conversations that follow.
The Revolver Film Club exists to protect and promote film as a vital, living art form. Through careful programming and a focused viewing environment, we hope to build a thoughtful community that values cinema not as content, but as culture.
Shreya Kundu
Curated by
Shreya Kundu has lived and worked across India, Hong Kong, Australia, and Singapore, with a background in consulting and education. After years in high-pressure corporate roles, she felt a deeper pull toward storytelling and visual art. She left the 9-to-5 to pursue filmmaking as a more meaningful way to live and create.
Her multicultural experiences have shaped a sharp eye for human nuance across cultures. Through film, she seeks to explore the beauty and struggle of existence with visual and lyrical depth. When not directing, she’s watching films, hosting screenings in Hong Kong and Mumbai, or sketching quietly in parks and cafés—always chasing stories in their many forms.
