MoFi Electronics UltraDeck + M Turntable with MasterTracker Cartridge

The MoFi Electronics UltraDeck + M is a precision belt-drive turntable supplied with the MoFi MasterTracker MM cartridge. It combines a high-mass 1.3-inch Delrin platter, isolated 300 RPM AC synchronous motor, 10-inch Ultra tonearm, constrained-layer plinth construction and HRS-designed anti-vibration feet. The MasterTracker is factory-fitted to provide a complete analogue playback solution.

Drive & Speed System

Delrin Platter

The UltraDeck uses a 1.3-inch Delrin platter weighing 6.8 lb. Its high mass supports stable rotation, while Delrin's mechanical properties provide a low-resonance interface between the record and platter.

Ultra Tonearm

The 10-inch MoFi Ultra tonearm uses a straight aluminium armtube and gimbaled bearing system. Low-friction bearings allow controlled vertical and horizontal movement, while Cardas Audio wiring maintains the cartridge signal path to the gold-plated RCA outputs.

MasterTracker MM Cartridge

The included MasterTracker is a dual-magnet moving-magnet stereo cartridge featuring MoFi's V-Twin generator. Its two low-mass magnets are arranged in a V formation parallel to the record grooves. A Micro-Line diamond stylus and tapered aluminium cantilever are designed for accurate groove tracing, while the damped billet-aluminium body helps control unwanted resonance.

Cartridge & Tonearm Compatibility

The MasterTracker weighs 9.7 g, which falls within the Ultra tonearm's specified 5–10 g cartridge range. Its 3 mV output and 47 kOhm impedance make it suitable for a standard MM-compatible phono input or external MM phono stage.

Constrained-Layer Plinth

The UltraDeck's plinth uses a constrained-layer structure consisting of three aluminium plates bonded to an MDF body. This construction adds mass and controls unwanted mechanical resonance, helping maintain the tonal character of the recorded signal.

Bearing & Isolation

A hardened-steel inverted bearing combines steel, bronze and sapphire components for smooth, quiet platter rotation. HRS-designed anti-vibration feet help isolate the turntable from external vibration and acoustic feedback.
