Requiem for a Village is a 54-minute work conceived as a continuous “film for the ears” - a cinematic, atmospheric journey through an imagined village suspended somewhere between memory, folklore and myth. Narrated by David Tennant and written with Andy Partridge of XTC, the album unfolds as a complete narrative rather than a conventional sequence of songs, moving through strange archetypes, eerie landscapes and fragments of a world that feels both familiar and slightly removed from reality. 

The Revolver Club has worked directly with Steven Wilson’s team to give this edition an additional physical element specific to the market. Each copy includes a 12 × 12-inch art print exclusively in India.
