Sources put the deal at around $200 million, reportedly covering defining hits like “…Baby One More Time,” “Oops!… I Did It Again,” and “Toxic.” Beyond the number, it shifts the balance. After years where other people had leverage over her finances, a lump sum like this strengthens her personal position on her own terms, with fewer doors left open for others to push through.
