What are your favourite genres of Music and your all-time favourite musician?
Favourites are Indian Film music and English Pop.
For me there is no all-time favourite musician. They all excel. Basically it all depends on what kind of music you would like to listen and it is all out there.
How long have you been selling records?
Since 2009
How and why did you get into record business?
The dearth of vinyl especially 70's and 80's Indian film music since past 12 years compelled me to make this music format available.
What types of records do you keep?
Indian Film Music and English LPs and EPs.
Have you felt the revival of Vinyl?
Yes, very strongly. Today, this music format has overtaken all others and sales have jumped worldwide.
Tell us a little about your clientele, and How have they changed over the years and Do you get young clients?
My clientele comprises of vinyl lovers who listen to various genres. Their main requirement is a good clean vinyl which renders distortion-free music !
Thankfully I have managed to provide many of them with the vinyl titles they were looking for and now they are ready to explore more genres.
Yes, I do get young clients and that is quite encouraging to see.
